with a choice of a mini still to share between 2 or one each. I learned loads and enjoyed the gin making experience with a wide range of ingredients to try. And of course it was brilliant to sample the Lost Dutchman gin throughout the evening. We came away with our own bottle of gin and can't wait to try it out.

nd Katrina were so lovely and welcoming from the moment we arrived! The class was informative, a great little room with loads of different botanicals to choose from. Their gin is lovely and they kept us topped up throughout the class! Paul is a very interesting man, very knowledgeable and the two of them are doing a fab job with the classes. Bought the Cask-Aged Lost Dutchman and it's like no gin I've ever tried before - and I enjoy gin the traditional way with ice, tonic and a slice of something and am not really a fan of these various fruity concoctions. Lost Dutchman though can best be enjoyed simply over a chunk of ice when all the flavours from the cask-aging come out.

a gift for my friend to take back to Canada. I shared the first measures with a friend who immediately went on line to buy some for himself! He’s a member of the London Gin Club and said it was the finest gin of its kind he had ever tasted. The flavour is amazing certainly a gin to enjoy as is, no mixers needed, a smooth warmth with gin and whisky notes was our description. I should tell you the second bottle very nearly didn’t make it to Canada!
